I'd like to start a men's accountability group with any brothers who would be interested. We would meet once a week for an hour, most likely in the morning before
work, and it would be for 10 weeks to get started. The focus would be on holding each other accountable for our personal times of Bible reading and prayer, our daily choices to follow Christ (including sexual purity), and praying for 1-2 unbelievers in our circles to come to Christ. The format would be
asking the questions up front, sharing how God is working in our lives, and praying for each other. If anyone is interested, please contact Mark Green by October 1st
Middle School Ministries at MPPC is looking for some caring adults who love Jesus and kids to make a difference in the lives of our students. We need volunteer leaders to head a small group and spend time investing in a group of 6-10 middle schoolers. Recent studies indicate that 60-80% of kids who grow up in the Church leave the faith after their 18th birthday and if you’d like to be a part of combating that trend, working alongside a great community of staff and volunteers, and having a ton of fun with some fantastic kids…
10/10 sat 4-6pm FREE Ceroc Lesson Ceroc/Leroc aka modern jive. It's partner dance made easy (American swing made easy by the French, without the fancy foot work and done to any type of music with a basic beat). Just google it. Come 10-15 min before start time. Don't have to bring a partner as we will rotate throughout the lesson. Cap at 10 for each gender. Must email me to rsvp and to be on the evite. Not responsible for after activities. Space is limited.
